Open positions
InnoVitec
In the beginning of 2022, InnoVitec was initiated. It is a self-governing network for all young professionals, up to 30, at Vitec Fastighet. It is a sounding board for internal as well as external issues, anything from recruitment and work environment to ideas and suggestions regarding the future’s communication.

Tech Lead
Who are you and what do you do?
I am Tech Lead for the product Technical Management, which also includes FastAPI. Me and my family live in a house in a village outside Umeå. In my spare time, I like hanging out with my family, I enjoy practicing thai boxing/MMA, spend time outdoors and to renovate our house. I also enjoy fixing parties, dinners and other sorts of social get-togethers.
What’s a normal day at work for you? I keep a close dialogue with anyone working with Technical Management and I try to to be available for questions around the product from developers, product managers, consultants, support and other parties. I also put time into organizing sprint work, but the major parts of my day is usually spent on programming, together with the development team within Technical Management.
What do you like the most about your job?
What would you say to anyone considering working at Vitec Fastighet?
We have a great team spirit and no prestige in our communication. There’s a focus on the well-being of both the individual and the team. At the same time, you get the opportunity to develop your skills, have a career and to learn from more senior colleagues and engaged leaders.
I myself really like working here and I know my colleagues like it too.

Filiph Skogbergs

Who are you and what do you do?
Filiph Skogbergs is my name and I’m from Borlänge in Dalarna, Sweden. 11 years ago, I moved to Örebro, where I currently live with my partner and two cats. I like to fiddle with anything that can be fiddled with in my spare time, such as cars, boats and computers. I’m a technical consultant at the IT & Security department at Vitec Fastighet, focusing on our product PP7, which later will be a part of Project Economy.
What’s a normal day at work for you?
A normal day always starts with a cup of coffee, or two. After that, I go through errands that have arrived in SuperOffice and have brief check-ins with my colleagues. That’s usually what sets the agenda for that specific day. I also provide support for our service center and delivery. So, one or another support and consultancy assignment is common in a normal day.
What do you like the most about your job?
That no day is like the next. There are often new challenges each day. And last but not least – my colleagues!
